Dedicated gardener, beekeeper, and baker Kate H. took up baking after retiring from working as a cruise director. In her travels she found an appreciation for the aesthetics of the foods she was able to sample. She likes to use her own produce and honey to try to recreate the beautiful foods she craves. She volunteers with her local Women’s Institute and likes to use her friends’ and family’s input to refine her recipes.
